"Normally, payment for services is considered fair trade for a job well performed. In the case of your catering for my birthday party Saturday night, money alone is not enough to tell you how satisfied I was with the experience from beginning to end.
The food was terrific (several confessions from my friends of over-indulgence of appetizers were received-especially the scallops wrapped in bacon). The comments ranged from "Wonderful" to "I am going to be calling them for my next occasion" to "Where do you think she got such clean-cut and personable young folks to do the serving?".
By the way, I couldn't help but notice how well maintained your equipment was from the serving trays to the barbecue to the vans. This speaks volumes to me about how you run your business.
As I learned a long time ago, if you want something done and done well, give it to a busy person. I predict you will be very busy for a long time to come.

I wish I could have tried the appetizers too, but I definitely got filled up. Also thank you for making it all salt free. No one noticed any lack of flavor, but it really helped out my dad.
